What we supply

Four product forms, all produced under one quality system so that pipe, fittings and flanges for the same line can be delivered with a single certificate package.

Forged nickel alloy flanges and discs with machined faces and drilled bolt holes

Weld neck, blind and slip-on flanges forged and finish machined in Shanghai.

Forgings & flanges

Forged Flanges

Weld neck, slip-on, blind, socket weld, threaded, lap joint and long weld neck flanges forged from nickel alloys, titanium, duplex and special stainless steel, Class 150 through Class 2500.

  • Six flange types: weld neck, long weld neck, slip-on, blind, socket weld, threaded and lap joint, plus spectacle blinds and spades to drawing.
  • ASME B16.5 for NPS ½ to 24 in Class 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500 and 2500; ASME B16.47 Series A and B for NPS 26 to 60.
  • Material to ASTM B564, B637, B381, A182, A240 or A350 depending on the alloy family requested.

Equal and reducing tees, concentric and eccentric reducers, caps and stub ends.

Pipe fittings

Pipe Fittings – Tees, Reducers, Caps & Stub Ends

The full family of wrought butt weld fittings - equal and reducing tees, concentric and eccentric reducers, caps, crosses and lap joint stub ends - to ASME B16.9 and MSS SP-43.

  • Tees with an extruded outlet rather than a welded branch - no root crevice and better erosion behaviour in multiphase flow.
  • Reducing tees, barred tees for piggable lines and reinforced fabricated tees to drawing for large diameter manifolds.
  • Concentric and eccentric reducers; eccentric specified flat side up for pump suction to prevent vapour pockets.

Butt Weld Elbows

Hangbo manufactures butt weld elbows to ASME B16.9 dimensions (and MSS SP-43 for light wall) in Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel, Incoloy, titanium and duplex stainless steel, from NPS ½ to NPS 48.

  • 45°, 90° and 180° patterns, long radius (1.5D) and short radius (1.0D), plus reducing elbows and 3D / 5D long bends.
  • Wall thickness Schedule 5S to XXS; NPS ½ to NPS 48 (DN 15 to DN 1200).
  • Material to ASTM B366, B363, A815 or A403 depending on alloy family; dimensions always to ASME B16.9.

Seamless Tubes & Pipes

Pierced and cold rolled or cold drawn seamless tubing from 6 mm to 630 mm outside diameter, tested 100 % by hydrostatic or eddy current methods.

  • OD 6 mm to 630 mm with wall thickness from 0.5 mm to heavy wall to ASME B36.19M and B36.10M schedules.
  • 100 % eddy current to ASTM E426 or hydrostatic testing; ultrasonic testing available for critical service.
  • Solution annealed and pickled, or bright annealed for hygienic and instrumentation applications.

Buying nickel alloy flanges and pipe fittings: your questions answered

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
Hangbo is a manufacturer. We melt, forge, roll, heat treat, machine and test alloy material in our own and partner facilities in China under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system. Because we control the process route, we can issue one certificate package that follows the heat number from melt through to the finished component, rather than assembling documents from several vendors.
What certifications do you provide with each shipment?
Every shipment carries a heat-specific mill test certificate to EN 10204 3.1 showing ladle analysis, tensile and yield strength, elongation, hardness, heat treatment record and test results. Where a project needs independent verification we arrange third party inspection and test reports from SGS or another recognised agency.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
For standard sizes and grades held in stock there is no minimum quantity. Made-to-order melts and special forgings carry a minimum weight that depends on the alloy and route, typically from about 500 kg for special grades. We regularly support prototypes and small batches.
How quickly can I get a quotation?
Enquiries are answered within 10 minutes on working days and a formal quotation, including melting route, heat treatment scope, testing, packing and certificate format, is normally issued within 24 hours.
View all 10 questions
Can you support third party inspection?
Yes. We work routinely with the major inspection agencies for dimensional inspection, witness testing, positive material identification and pre-shipment review, and we supply the resulting third party inspection and test reports from SGS with the shipment.
What are typical lead times?
Standard stock items ship within days. Common production grades such as Inconel 625 or duplex 2205 pipe and fittings are typically a few weeks. Special chemistries, larger forgings and items requiring third party inspection take longer and are quoted individually.
Can you machine parts to our drawing?
Yes. We produce OEM and ODM components to customer drawings using our own stock, with heat treatment, machining, inspection, marking and packing handled under a single quality system and one certificate package.
How do you pack material for export?
Products are individually protected to avoid iron contamination and chloride exposure, then packed in seaworthy crates with moisture barrier and desiccant. Each package is labelled to match the certificate heat list so inspection on arrival is straightforward.
Which payment and delivery terms do you offer?
We quote EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and DAP to major ports. Payment is normally by T/T with deposit, and letters of credit can be arranged for larger project orders.
Do you provide samples?
Small samples of standard grades are available for evaluation. For expensive alloys we normally ask that the sample value is credited against the first production order.
